Description
This one is about texture rather than shape. The pleated shade is cut in regular folds, so the light comes out in soft vertical bands and the lamp looks considered from any angle. Underneath, the amber crackle base is the kind of glaze that changes character through the evening – honey in daylight, deeper brown in a dim room.
At 18 cm across, it fits where a bigger lamp will not: a narrow console, a small bedside table, a windowsill. The E27 fitting means you can move it from ambience to reading with a bulb swap rather than a new lamp.

Material & finish
The base is a rounded ceramic form finished in an amber crackle glaze – the fine crazing across the surface catches light and makes the colour shift from honey to deep brown depending on the hour. Above it, a pleated fabric shade is stitched into regular knife folds that break the light into soft bands instead of one flat wash. A felt pad under the base keeps painted and lacquered surfaces free of rings.
